Fiberglass Base

Granules

The quality of fiberglass melt determines the lifetime, crack resistance, waterproof performance and nails' durability of shingles. Due to the good flexibility, our asphalt shingle can get flat again quickly after roll it up. Besides, the longitudinal and transverse tension of them reaches the ASTM D 3462. It is extremely high strength and stability, greatly improving the shingle's ability to resist tensile and wind pressure, and effectively withstanding the extreme weather conditions of nature, keep good rainproof performance even if products were damaged. It ensures the shingle's resistance to cracking in long-term use and improves overall weather adaptability.

Our sintering granule is imported from France company GROUPE CARLAC, the global strategies partner. It is made by 800 degree high temperature calcinations 8 times, then go through the Acidic and alkaline environment. The color of the tile is pretty steady.

Adhesive

Asphalt

With a strong heat resistance, our asphalt adhesive tape won't flow in high temperature. Adhesive part is very important, if it is with low quality adhesive material, it will come out bubbles after one year installation. Note:the asphalt shingle usually need to be installed when the temperature is up to 5ºC.

 

Our asphalt use high purity and mixed at a proper ratio to guarantee the promise of 20 year warranty of 3-tab shingles and 30 year warranty of laminated shingles.
