We are an industrial and trade group integrating production and sales, with rich production experience and high-quality sales services.
2.Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
We provide customers with free samples while customers pay for the courier fee--which will be deducted from the payment of the confirmed future order.
3.Do you accept the third-party inspection?
Yes, we will arrange third-party inspection/test on behalf of customers before loading the goods, if customers ask for it and cover the costs of the test.
4.How could you guarantee your products?
Our quality management system has passed ISO9001, and our products have passed the SGS test and Soncap certification respectively. We also issue a warranty to customers.
5.Accepted terms of delivery?
We accept EXW FOB CFR CIF etc., you can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.
6.How long is the stone coated tile's service time?
The aluminum-zinc steel plate is stronger than other tiles and the glue spraying in the surface also adopts new technology. So our metal roof tiles' lifespan can be up to 50 years.
7.Can I walk on my roof?
Absolutely, roofs are made of steel and designed to withstand the weight of people walking on them.
8.Could I buy this for a small quantity?
We do appreciate small quantity orders with no MOQ limit, since we are a factory ourselves and we would like to get customers a chance to taste our quality and service.
9.Does the color fade?
As time goes by and due to climatic reasons such as wind and sun, the color may not be as bright as it was at the beginning, but the color fastness of stone coated metal tiles is very high, and they will age normally but will not fade.
